Because our products are digital files delivered instantly via internet download, all sales of PDF workbooks and digital resources from The Gentle Reset Club are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

Australian Consumer Law Guarentees
While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of a digital product.

A major failure occurs if the digital product:
* Cannot be downloaded due to a permanent technical issue on our end.
* Is completely corrupted or unreadable.
* Is significantly different from the description provided on our product page.

If you experience any technical difficulties downloading your file, or if the link expires before you can save it, please do not worry.

Contact us directly at hello@thegentleresetclub.com with your order number, and our team will manually email you a fresh copy of your PDF file withing 24-48 hours.
